Rental Terms

Our prices include:

• All taxes & V.A.T.
• All local taxes and fees.
• Basic Insurance package for cars:
    – Third Party Insurance
    – Glass Insurance (excess amount 200€)
    – Fire Insurance (excess amount 450€)
• Basic Insurance package for scooters:
    – Third Party Insurance
    – Fire Insurance (excess amount 1400€)
• Basic Insurance package for ATVs:
    – Third Party Insurance

We also offer:

• Vehicle replacement (subject to vehicle availability) in case of damage
• 24hour Road Assistance
• Unlimited Kms
• Free first child seat (for cars)
• Free 1st additional driver (for all vehicles)
• Free Scooter & ATV Helmets

Required documents:

• Valid driver’s license for all declared drivers
• International driver’s license if required (please read the “Driver’s License” section)
• Passport or National ID for all declared drivers

All the booking details (online or phone booking) must be valid. Our company reserves the right to refuse the rental if the booking details are not valid.

Driver’s age:

• The minimum age to rent a car is 21 years.
• For ATVs and Scooters the driver must be at least 18 years old.

Driver’s License:

• Must be issued at least two years before the pick-up date.
• National driving licenses issued in the EU, the USA, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, the UAE, Israel, Russia or Ukraine are accepted.
• Citizens of other countries must have a valid International Driver’s License along with their regular Driver’s License.
• For scooters, holders of a European driving license must have category “A1”, “A2”, or “A”. Non-European residents must have an international driving license with category “A”.

Bookings and Vehicle Groups:

• Reservations are based on vehicle groups, not specific models. If the selected model is unavailable, a similar or higher-category model will be offered at no extra charge.

Booking Length and Charges:

• Minimum booking length: a few hours.
• Maximum: 30 days.
• Minimum rental charge: one day.
• Longer rentals (over 30 days): contact for quotation.
• Extension requests must be made at least two days in advance.

Payment Options:

• Deposit: Not required on pickup.
• Balance: Paid at vehicle pickup by cash or card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners & Discover).

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancel up to 19 days before: 100% refund.
• 15–18 days: 50% refund.
• Within 14 days: No refund.
• Failure to meet rental conditions or documentation will result in cancellation without refund.
• Company not responsible for delays or cancellations of travel—renter must inform the company.

No-Show Policy:

• If renter does not appear within 2 hours of pickup time and fails to inform the company, the booking is canceled and deposit is charged.

Late Returns:

• Low/mid season: Up to 2 hours grace.
• High season: 20 minutes grace.
• Late returns beyond grace period incur a daily charge based on the seasonal rate.

Fuel Policy:

• Return vehicle with the same fuel level.
• Fuel shortage incurs fuel cost + €15 refueling fee.
• No refunds for extra fuel.

Child Seats:

• Baby seat: 0-18 kg
• Child booster: 18-36 kg
• First seat free, additional seats €4/day

Additional Drivers:

• First additional driver free, extra drivers €4/day

Pets:

• Not allowed in vehicles

Vehicle Cleaning:

• Excessive dirt: €60 + V.A.T. cleaning fee

Insurance Packages:

• Offered through Alliance Insurance Company

Warranty amounts – Security Deposit:

• Not required on pickup

What is Not Covered by Any Insurance:

• Damages from DUI, unauthorized use, illegal parking, traffic violations, negligence, off-roading, etc.

Fixed Compensation for Damage/Loss (e.g., keys, mirrors, seats, antenna): Listed per item

Ferrying the car:

• Not allowed

Traffic fines:

• Renter is responsible. Plates removed = daily rental charges until resolved.

Renter Responsibilities:

• Check vehicle condition regularly.
• Lock/park vehicle safely.
• Do not use vehicle for illegal or abusive activities.

Important Info:

• Rental agreement must be signed at pickup.
• Company may refuse service to unfit or abusive renters without refund.
• Check vehicle for damage before leaving.
• Company not liable for lost items.
• Company can cancel rental if renter violates terms or is harmful to business.

Vehicle Age:

• Scooters & ATVs can be rented up to 18 years old.
• Cars can be used up to 12 years old.
